I don't understand why everyone is complaining about customer service in this branch. I'm a regular customer hier , the guys are doing their best, I'm very satisfied, and if you have much higher expectations than i'd suggest you to opening an account in a Swiss bank or Monaco.

Super unprofessional too far from customer service specially a girl sitting in front of the reception whose name was Tamara. I approached to her in order to ask about the procedure for doing transfer from outside country’s bank from my business account into my personal account which in in Ameria bank. First of all she was super rude, not capable even to explain properly or give a PROPER information about the procedure how we should do the bank transfer. Without even explaining she started to talk to another customer while I was even waiting for her explanation. I have never seen such kind of non professionalism specially a person who works in a bank in customer service and dealing with customers. Too far from customer service Need to be trained well enough while until u will train them u will loose many customers specially from outside .i will make sure to remove my account from them and will never deal with them. Not recommended at all 👎

Unprofessional bank. They only do work on their own schedule and at their own pace. This particular location is always chaotic. There is virtually no way of contacting anyone directly. You are always forced to go in to a branch.

Cash in terminals work only when you have a physical card. That’s absurd, every other bank offers cash in without a card. And turns out you can’t cash in USD. 4 desks open, working so slow that after 20 minutes queue didn’t move. Will take my business elsewhere

Waited more than 1 hour for the current cart service, they said 4 desks were open but only 1 desk was active the rest 3 of them were empty and no one cared about customer service there. The worst branch ever I hate it there.
