Very low quality of service. The customer has to sit and wait for a long time for the cashier to take a break, when neither the website nor the service center indicates the break time. 6 windows are indicated, no matter what time of day you enter, there are always 2 windows serving, and that too by the hour. A visual illusion is created that there are 6 windows serving, but in reality this is not the case. You have to wait for the only cashier to get money. Review your working style, Unibank.

Poor customer service. Long wait time. Visited on 14 August. Had to withdraw cash from account. Picked a number, waited for 45 minutes. Everybody before and after us were served but our number was not called on the screen. Asked the manager why our number is not called. She explained that customers with savings account and legal persons are served first. Then I said we can't wait forever until every new customer will come and get served and you will never call us. She was rude and disrespectful. Service reminded me the poorest service one would get in a Soviet establishment. Will certainly not advise anybody to use this bank/branch.

Yesterday I went to this bank on Kochar Street. I received number 025, June 23, 2022, 4:13:03 PM. I went to the first cashier to receive a Unistream transfer, and they told me they didn't have any dollars to issue. I said, "Then issue the transfer that was sent in rubles." She opened the transfer and said, "In translation, your last name is written as Gulyan in Russian, but in your passport it's written in Armenian as Ղուլյան։." I asked her, "Is there a letter Ղ in the Russian alphabet?" She and the man who was standing with her at the cashier said, "In translation, it's the letter G." I never received my transfer from this bank, but today I received the same transfer from another bank. How do you think the last name Ղուլյան is written in Russian?
