The basis for acquiring ownership of real estate is provided at the request of the bank;
the identity card of the property owners
certificate from the State Cadastre Committee on the presence/absence of encumbrances on real estate (single certificate);
certificate on the absence of tax arrears on real estate;
real estate insurance contract; other documents at the request of the bank's specialist.

This loan is available for non-residents.
Conditions for non-residents.	Individuals who are not considered residents of the Republic of Armenia will receive a loan in foreign currency.
