Salary certificate provided by the employer,
Income declarations for the last 2 years,
The unified certificate of the State Cadastre of Real Estate of the Republic of Armenia, the validity period of which at the time of notarization of the contract should not exceed 15 working days,
A certificate of ownership issued by the State Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia confirming the ownership of the seller, containing a description of the property and a drawing,
Assessment report,
Additional documents may be required.
