In the case of being an individual entrepreneur, the business/activity must be established, The borrower must have at least 3 months of work experience with the most recent employer and 2 years of experience in the same business sector overall, In the case of being an individual entrepreneur, the business/activity must be established, and the loan is granted as an exception.

A certificate of ownership issued by the State Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia confirming the ownership of the seller, containing a description of the property and a drawing,
