Deadlines for 2025 Income Tax Declaration Set in Armenia

The annual income tax declaration for the 2025 reporting year must be submitted from March 2 to November 1, 2026, inclusive. This reminder was issued by the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia.

The declaration must be submitted by all individuals who are tax residents of Armenia and hold Armenian citizenship as of December 31, 2025.

Exception: Citizens who were minors as of that date are exempt from this requirement.

The tax authority generates pre-filled declarations. These can be reviewed, edited, and submitted until November 1, 2026. If a declaration is not manually submitted by this deadline, the pre-filled version will be automatically considered as filed in the prescribed manner.
