Terrible bank for international transfers. Tried to send money to visa from EU Revolut. Failed (worked for evocabank card). Recently tried to receive a transfer from the US institution, waited for months, asked at the bank and they lied saying they don't see it, when in reality they refused to accept it quoting "bank regulations". Wasting time and money for us in the process. Avoid if you are a foreigner.

I've been a customer of Inecobank for 8+ years now and couldn't be happier with them, the online app is always working and makes my experience so smooth for whatever I want to do with my account. I totally recommend Inecobank. Also, special thanks to Mr Tigran Sargsyan for helping us last month with our mortgage application process.

I can't explain how happy I am using this bank! I do not reside in Armenia, yet Ineco is my main bank and it's super convenient for someone who's always travelling. With its multiple currency accounts availability and 24/7 customer service chat, I do everything on my phone and I haven't had to call or visit the bank since I've opened my account. I've had different banks before, ones that have more of an international standing, honestly, they don't come close to the convenience that Ineco's services provide. A bank is as good as the self-sufficiency it provides to its customer. - Happy customer 💚

First update your hours on Google they are incorrect. I am sitting right now here waiting for service where google maps state that you are closed. Second how it is even possible in 21st century to wait for an hour and a half to receive a card you ordered and paid extra to receive sooner? Service is none existence and half of your workers are absent.
