Armimpexbank CJSC was established on July 24, 1992.
2008 — Rebranding
On May 19, 2008, Armimpexbank was renamed Ameriabank CJSC.
2010 — Merger
In 2010, Ameriabank and Cascade Bank were reorganized through a merger; Ameriabank became the legal successor of Cascade Bank.
2024 — International group
Ameriabank joined an international financial group, now known as Lion Finance Group, while retaining its own brand and operational independence.

SourceI don't understand why everyone is complaining about customer service in this branch. I'm a regular customer hier , the guys are doing their best, I'm very satisfied, and if you have much higher expectations than i'd suggest you to opening an account in a Swiss bank or Monaco.

I approached to her in order to ask about the procedure for doing transfer from outside country’s bank from my business account into my personal account which in in Ameria bank. First of all she was super rude, not capable even to explain properly or give a PROPER information about the procedure how we should do the bank transfer. Without even explaining she started to talk to another customer while I was even waiting for her explanation. I have never seen such kind of non professionalism specially a person who works in a bank in customer service and dealing with customers. Too far from customer service Need to be trained well enough while until u will train them u will loose many customers specially from outside .i will make sure to remove my account from them and will never deal with them. Not recommended at all 👎

And turns out you can’t cash in USD. 4 desks open, working so slow that after 20 minutes queue didn’t move. Will take my business elsewhere
