They didn't do anything at all for Iranian people and also they have the worst attitude among all of the Yerevan banks. I don't know why they are exist yet!

Mellat Bank is a commercial bank in Armenia serving private clients, entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporate clients. The bank provides loans, accounts, deposits, money transfers, escrow accounts, letters of credit, bank guarantees and investment services, with a particular focus on supporting Armenian-Iranian trade and financial relations.
Mellat Bank was established in 1992 within the framework of cooperation between Armenia and Iran as the Yerevan unit of Iran's Bank Mellat and began banking operations in 1995. It was later reorganized as a separate subsidiary bank. Today, Mellat Bank is 100% owned by Bank Mellat of I.R.I. The bank develops lending, account and deposit services, trade finance and investment services and has a specialized role in supporting financial and commercial transactions between Armenia and Iran.
History
1992 — Establishment
In May 1992, Mellat Bank was established on the basis of friendship and cooperation agreements between the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran as the Yerevan unit of Iran's Bank Mellat.
1995 — Start of banking operations
On January 10, 1995, the Central Bank of Armenia issued banking license No. 78, after which the Yerevan unit began banking operations.
1997 — Reorganization
On September 2, 1997, the Yerevan branch was reorganized into a separate subsidiary bank in the form of a closed joint-stock company.
2005 — Change in legal status
On July 27, 2005, the bank formally continued its operations as Mellat Bank CJSC.
2025 — 30 years in Armenia
In May 2025, Mellat Bank marked 30 years of banking operations in Armenia and announced the relocation of its head office to a new building at 19 Charents St.

Under his leadership, the bank continues to develop lending and services supporting Armenian-Iranian economic relations.

Strange thing. This bank has a Iranian origin, but it does not exchange cash Iranian money with AMD, USD or any other currency.
Working time of Mellat Bank is Monday to Friday from 09:30 am to 4:30 pm.
