Bank reviews
The bank is terrible. I repaid the loan early. A month later, I received a text message from the bank. I went there, and they told me: "Pay 50 or 100 drams and that's it." I paid. The next day, I received another text message. I went to the bank, and they said they didn't close the loan. They charged me another 240 drams.
I can't hang around the central bank all day. What kind of bank is it if it's a joke? It's impossible to call the central bank. It seems to me that if a bank can't provide a normal number to its clients, then this bank is simply equal to 0.
good customer service
Very good bank, but there are always queues.
