Telcell Wallet is one of the largest digital wallets in Armenia, developed by the Telcell payment system. The application allows users to pay for more than 600 services, ranging from utility bills and internet services to government payments.

Through the application, users can also make online utility payments, including electricity bills, waste collection payments, and other services.
