Ardshinbank is one of Armenia's largest universal banks, serving individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs and large corporate clients. The bank provides retail, corporate and investment banking services, as well as private banking, asset management and digital services.
At the end of 2025, Ardshinbank was Armenia's largest bank by total assets. The bank develops retail, corporate and investment banking, SME financing, private banking, asset management and securities and foreign exchange operations. Ardshinbank also has the largest branch network in Armenia's banking system and continues to develop its digital banking services.
History
2003 — Foundation
Ardshininvestbank CJSC was established on February 25, 2003, and received banking license No. 83 from the Central Bank of Armenia on February 27.
2014 — Rebranding
In November 2014, Ardshininvestbank CJSC was renamed Ardshinbank CJSC.
2017 — Merger
On January 13, 2017, Areximbank-Gazprombank Group CJSC was merged into Ardshinbank, which became its legal successor.
2025 — HSBC Armenia integration
On April 21, 2025, the merger of Ardshininvestbank CJSC, formerly HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC, into Ardshinbank was completed. All assets, rights and liabilities were transferred to Ardshinbank as the legal successor.
2025 — OJSC
On November 25, 2025, Ardshinbank was transformed from a closed joint-stock company into an open joint-stock company and continued operating as Ardshinbank OJSC.

He previously worked at the Central Bank of Armenia and Hayagrobank, held various management positions at Ardshinbank, and served as Chief Executive Officer of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group from 2015-2017.
